I should note: what I’m looking for in an optimal Linux distro for this laptop is one that is relatively easy to use, and has the ability to install recent software releases easily if desired. I like Arch, and continue to use it with KDE on my main desktop. However, I don’t use my laptop as much, nor do I want to have to troubleshoot things if a new software release breaks expected behavior, if I can help it. I want to just grab it and go 🤷♂️
