Work

• I was back to the office every day this week after a week remote visiting family.
• Most of the week was split between standing meetings and working through architecture on a few new projects (which I personally find very engaging!).

Personal

• Saturday morning I attended a virtual spotter training from the local NWS office (Lincoln, IL). A coworker attended an in-person training a few years ago and strongly recommended it, and I must say, it was very informative. I can see why an in-person training would be more engaging, but this was when timing worked best for me.
• Saturday afternoon was mowing (again), and spraying dandelions… I may decide to hire some of the yard upkeep done. I like mowing, but the rest is kind of a slog…
• Sunday after church I played MarioKart with a friend online. 👾 We wanted to also play It Takes Two, but the game was giving me issues when attempting to go online…
