Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 So far today I’ve baked pies, enjoyed a delicious lunch with family, and played piano duets with my sister. And shopped (online). What’s next? 🤔

I’m disabling original post link inclusion on my syndicated posts for now… I strongly prefer to include the link back to my original post long term, but until I figure out how to disable link previews, it’s making for a poor reader experience.

That being said, if anyone has a recommendation of how to block link previews on social media only, for a Hugo site hosted on the DigitalOcean app platform, I’d love the input!

Finished re-listening to The Alloy of Law by Brandon Sanderson this afternoon. I love reading his books, but I also especially enjoy the audiobook narration by Michael Kramer!

Assuming everything is hooked up right, thanks to EchoFeed, I should now have cross-posting from my website to BlueSky working… This marks my first attempt at POSSE, posting updates to my own site, and syndicating to other platforms.

Sometimes it’s really hard for me to gauge if I’ve spent a weekend (or just a day off) “well”. In the back of my mind are always the innumerable projects (both personal and professional) that I could be working on, and when I don’t make noticeable progress on one or more of them, it’s easy to feel as though I’ve failed, even though I know that perspective is skewed…
